Distributor Agreement

A distribution arrangement, also known as a dealer agreement, is a deal between a company that supplies goods for sale and another company that markets and sells them. The dealer agrees to purchase goods from the retailer and resell them to clients in a specific geographic region.

MAP Policy

MAP or Minimum Advertised Price is a pre-decided minimum price for a product that resellers agree to not advertise or sell. Without a way to monitor MAP pricing, your brand pricing seems doomed in a ‘race to the bottom’. Pricing also dictates visibility, seller ratings, etc. that directly influence buying decisions, reinforcing the importance of competitive pricing.

Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions agreements act as a legal contract between you (the company) who has the website or mobile app and the user who access your website and mobile app. Having a Terms and Conditions agreement is completely optional. No laws require you to have one. Not even the super-strict and wide-reaching General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Credit Card Authorization Form

A credit card authorization form is an official form used to authorize a cardholder’s credit card. It is a formal document signed by a cardholder to grant a merchant or credit card provider permission to charge their credit card accordingly, be it monthly or yearly.
